Arguably the best gaming chair on the market
I'm 6" and around 240 lbs. Was Looking for a versatile all around premium heavy duty gaming chair and the noblechairs HERO is it. I'm not a small guy and this chair fits me very well! Pro's +Premium materials top grain real leather (more comfortable and should last longer than PU leather) +Looks so nice and fits into any environment or set up +All black clean high end look without the gamery/ cringey in your face look like many other gaming chairs on the market +Subtle noblechairs branding on small badge +Nice stitching and design +Enlarged chair for bigger/taller users +Cold foam is firm but comfortable +High weight capacity (up to 330 lbs) +Very ergonomic +Built-in lumbar support +Adjustable arm wrest +Tilt/locking adjustment +2 Soft pillows included (head and lumbar) +Bucket styled seats but not so much that it squeezes you or is uncomfortable +Quick response from noblechairs customer service rep via Amazon Cons -Arm rest are a little wobbly -Arm rest PU material but you may want to get arm rest memory foam covers that would be more comfortable -Experienced some discomfort/ soreness during break in period. (few days to a week ish) The noblechairs HERO (real leather) is not cheap but I feel that this chair is very well made with premium materials all around and with just about all the adjustments you would want and very comfortable. I will splurge for quality products and ones I feel will last for awhile. You can get the PU leather version for much cheaper but may not last as long and may not be as comfortable. I bought their real leather foot rest to go with my HERO and they go extremely well together. I would definitely recommend this chair and buy this chair again.

It is the chair you seek
After owning a real leather office chair for many years that had worn out I decided to up the game to a real lather gaming chair. I chose this one because it was larger and roomier along with the lumbar support. I opted for the red leather stitch. The chair arrived in one large box. It assembled very quickly. The fasteners were bulky and quality. Not many parts to put together. It is a firm chair yet holds you solidly in place. It is not plush. It is not soft or spongy like say an 70's American car seat would be. this is more modern day racing car firm if that makes any sense? Think Recaro seats but actually softer than that. I am very pleased with it. Its roomy and comfortable and I like the seat back adjustments and the lumbar support. I spend a lot of hours in my office chair and I look forward to a long relationship with this chair just like I had with my old one. Its a good chunk of money to lay down for an office/gaming chair but if you do spend hours of your day, everyday sitting in a chair why not lay down money for quality? I do the same for my mattress and pillows. Do your body a favor. You deserve this chair.

Upholstery fits poorly
First of all, I bought the real leather version of the chair, which is fairly pricy. I assembled the chair without too much difficulty. After getting it together, I saw a large fold or crease in the leather across the front of the headrest portion. It was right across the middle of the crown logo. Across the back of the headrest portion, the leather is the opposite. It is loosely fitting and hanging off the chair. I was able to smooth out the fold on the front some, but it's still noticeable, and there is nothing I can do for the loose leather on the back. For the rest of the chair, it if firm but not uncomfortable. The lumbar support is pretty decent, compared to other cheaper chairs. The chair seems sturdy to me. I ended up keeping the chair, due to the hassle of disassembling a large item, getting it back in the box, and shipping it. If you get it and are picky about the way it looks, I suggest looking closely over all of the upholstery before you start assembly it and taking it all out of the box.

Great Chair, Sub Par Quality Control
I love this chair, its firm where you need it and flexible where you want it. The overall chair isn't in question here, its a good comfortable chair with great aesthetics. The problem lies within the Hero quality control department, I paid a premium for this product (real leather) and got a subpar experience. The first chair I received had stuffing coming out of the zipper and a small pierce hole in the back rest. No problem stuff happens, I contacted customer service and Benjamin was great, I sent a picture of the hole and they had no issue with sending a replacement back which I appreciated. The problem was the replacement back had stuffing coming out of the zipper (again!) and what looks like odd wrinkling in the leather and it feels like there is a loose fit with the leather on the chair. I honestly think the replacement I got was a reject. I prefer the back with a hole to the replacement they sent. Again, I love the chair, its a great chair. I even got the additional foot rest and I recommend buying that as well if you go with this chair. I like the look of the chair and the feel of it, but if you are going to charge a premium price at least do some basic things like making sure you don't have stuffing sticking out of the zipper. Am I happy with the chair? Yes Am I happy with having paid a premium, having to contact their customer service dept for a problem that should have been caught prior to shipment and then receiving a replacement with similar issues that was even worse? No. I'm conflicted on whether or not I recommend this chair. I really like the chair, again it feels great and I really like it. I just have a really hard time supporting a company that doesn't really care about quality control.

I really don't know why there isn't more reviews on this chair, but it is absolutely fantastic. I am a 6'2", 240lb male and the chair is spacious and comfortable. The packaging was great (the instructions were even laminated), easily put together, the parts are of high quality, uses thick Allen screws with locknuts/washers (the proper way to fasten things), the real leather feels great. I know this is the common criticism of this model, but the seat is a little firm at first but it didn't take much time to break in (I prefer a firmer seat). Don't let the firmness turn you off from this model! Also, the lumbar support is great as well. I am super happy with this purchase and will definitely be using their products in the future.

I love this chair. Everything about it is excellent. I didn’t really like the lumbar pillow but it’s removable. The chair feels great, comfortable to sit in for hours, there’s so many adjustments on it I can set it up for any kind of gameplay or just regular office work. I was originally looking at secret lab chair but I read Reddit reviews and their customer service is terrible, I was then suggest noblechairs as a replacement and I’m very happy I took the suggestion. Hands down the nicest office chair I’ve ever sat in, and at a fair price for real leather (significantly less than the similar secret lab chair)

Overall: The first thing that surprised me about this chair was the size of it. The dimensions were listed, but it's hard to get a real sense of how large it's going to feel until you're sitting in it. There's a ton of room in this chair. I'm about 1.8 m and 100 kg (5'11" and 220 lbs), and it's definitely larger than I need. It feels a little like I'm sitting on a throne. I may order a shorter gaslift at some point, so that my girlfriend's feet can touch the ground when she uses it, but aside from that I don't have any complaints about the size. I frequently find that computer chairs are a little smaller than I'd like them to be, so I'm happy to have one that's larger than I need, for a change. I didn't list this as a pro or a con, since that's really going to depend on what size of chair you need. If you're much smaller than I am, then it might be worth considering the Icon chair instead. The detachable pillows seems a little unnecessary, but it doesn't hurt to have them. The back pillow is especially superfluous, given that the chair has adjustable lumbar support built in, but I may end up finding another use for the thing around the house. The head pillow isn't too bad, although it does sort of ruin the clean aesthetic of the chair, so I don't know how much use I'll get out of it. Pros: The chair construction feels very sturdy. As I was assembling it, I really noticed how solid every piece felt. I get the impression that this chair will last me a long time. Putting the thing together was quite easy, even solo, although you may want a second person to help hold the back of the chair in place while you screw it in, depending on your comfort level with that sort of thing. The chair is very comfortable to sit in for long stretches. I got the real leather version, and it's absolutely beautiful. For a piece of furniture that I'm going to have in my home for a long time, I really wanted something that would look good, and this chair delivers. As someone who's managed to break the rocking mechanism on every other computer chair I've ever had, I'm very happy to have a chair that's actually built for people my size or larger. There are buttons on the arms of the chairs for every adjustment, which means that they won't slip around on you. You can set them where you want them, and then they'll stay there. Cons: If anything, the arms are a little farther apart than I'd prefer, even pulled in as far as they go. I would have preferred if the slots for adjusting the position of the arms were a little longer, but there may have been structural reasons why they didn't do that. They're also a little tall for me, but it's workable. The arms themselves are made of the same sort of hard foam that they use on all office chairs these days. It wouldn't be a complaint on any other chair, but on something of this quality I do worry that they may not wear as well as the rest of the chair. [Update: I was right to be worried, see below for more details] The seat is a little stiff, but from other reviews it looks like it can take a few weeks for it to break in, so I'm assuming that's not going to be an issue for long. [Update: still stiff after a month and a half, don't believe the people who say it breaks in within a couple of weeks] I find the positioning of the adjustment levers on the bottom to be a little bit awkward. It seems like no matter how I try to reach for them, the arms of the chair get in the way. All things considered, my complaints are fairly minor. They delivered the sort of quality that I would have expected from a chair at this price point, and that's saying a lot. The only real downside of this chair is the price tag, but if that doesn't scare you off, then I'd strongly recommend it. It's comfortable, solid, and looks great. [Update: After a month and a half of use, the chair is still firmer than I'd prefer, and the armrests are already starting to show signs of wear in the spots where I usually lean on them with my elbows. For a chair at this price tag, those cheap hard foam armrests are unacceptable, in my opinion -- especially when I've paid a premium for a genuine leather chair so that it'll wear well. I'd be fine with the chair taking a few months to get properly broken in, if the whole thing were built to last, but at this rate the armrests will be falling apart by the end of the year. I'll probably try buying cheap armrest covers, to extend their life a bit, although they'll make it hard to use the built-in adjustments. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the armrests on this chair. It's only worth spending this much money on a piece of furniture if it's going to last, and for that reason I've taken two stars off of my review.]

This is a very solid, well made chair. It looks like it will last a very long time. I purchased the leather and it looks great. While it is reasonably comfortable it is quite firm with very little give in the cushioning. It does encourage good posture and is quite adaptable to many body shapes and preferences. It is not silent, if you lean back in the unlocked position it makes a bit of a creak sound. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Comfort, support and easy care. Looks great. I bought three chairs in three months looking for the right one. I tried my friends and fell in love. I'm 5'10 and 360lb and sit all-day programming. So I needed the support.
