WHAT A PIECE OF TRASH......LOOKS NICE BUT LEAKS LIKE CRAZY!!
I needed to replace two leaky outside hose (bibs) faucets that were leaking and My wife really liked the butterfly design so I purchased two through Amazon. What total garbage.......these two "new" faucets leak worse than the ones that I replaced........I will never purchase another hardware item like this through Amazon or online, period. I learned my lesson and will go to a plumbing supply store to replace these "New" and somewhat expensive crappy faucets from Amazon and their Taiwanese vendor. I'm not sure how I can go about returning these to get my money back since I would have to purchase 2 new faucets and then remove the leaky faucets that I just purchased and paid a plumber to install and then install new faucets AGAIN.........WHAT A DISGRACE. Clearly the manufacturer of this product cared about one thing....producing a faucet that looked good but isn't worth even a fraction of the price because it is defective.........they only care about money........they don't care about producing a good, functioning product.......NEVER AGAIN!!!
