Now that it's paired, it remembers even when I've used the earphones with other devices. The signal is strong - I can comfortably listen upstairs to music being played on my stereo downstairs. The only slight downside is that it doesn't routinely show the charge level. However testing on large Sony TV and smaller 12in monitors close up the lip sync is not bad. There may be a delay but it is so small as to be unnoticeable, very marginal, and you soon forget to actually look for it and just watch the program.
