I am glad I did as it has been making writing longer pieces of text much easier and I am using it to write this review. The keyboard and case are a perfect fit for the iPad mini2 and it was so easy to set up to work with the instructions being so clear and concise.....the process is very easy, just a button to press and away it goes. The build quality is good and it is nice aesthetically. It's lightweight and is good for holding the tablet in place when watching something, so it's a good stand as well as case. All the spaces for buttons and chargers are in the right places and of a good size to allow easy access, so no need to take it out of case once it's in there. This is a good piece of kit, using it constantly so pleased with purchase. Disclaimer - I received this item for a heavily discounted price for submitting my honest opinions in this review. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant *by M***P on 1 May 2016* Really well made, looks good and simply made my iPad into a small laptop. My only quibble is not having a pound sign only a dollar, would have been good to have a choice. All the other reviews helped me me to make this choice so very valuable. Good, responsive keys that are easy to type on. This case feels very solid and does add some extra weight, but not too much extra size. If you want a simple hinge style laptop format for your iPad then this is the case to go for, although bear in mind you can't fold it back on itself. Paired straight away without problems and has a convenient row of iPad function keys at the top.
