I highly recommend purchasing this book if you are interested in learning more about the UCC. It is a textbook that I will refer to regularly that explains the most important concepts of the UCC in a simple manner. The author writes a story in which certain sections of the UCC are applied to simple everyday occurrences that happen in business on a regular basis, which allows the layman to obtain a legitimate understanding.
