Is it a drastic change into your story and cinematography just as good as Steven Spielberg in JAWS no.You still have to learn how to tell a story with film unfortunately but it gets you pretty close though to that vintage look.Don’t know if it’s placebo but I want this thing on all my lens if it wasn’t 60 frigen bucks.I did buy an adapter to put this on my iphone 17 pro and it was a total wash like the picture came out worst but with an actual camera that doesn’t use ai, its quite amazingI maily use it on my eos m 50mm with a speedbooster with no magic lantern just stock everything and its pretty reliable almost more reliable than my eos m efm lenses.I shoot video 1080p 57mm with the speed booster its nice

Love this filter, it's a permanent fix on my lens. Gives a nice and subtle effect, just be careful with any mist filter where there's direct light as it can soften up the image a lot. Good value for money even though it's a bit more expensive but I've dropped it a lot and it holds up!

I had a 1/4 mist filter but that felt as an overkill so I bought this 1/8 and this one is perfect for me. Have it on my X100vi and I love that subtile mist which it brings. Never took it off….
