Wonderful cookbook for baby boomers
Now that we are retired and downing sizing, I try not to fire up my large professional oven. The oven is great for the holidays and dinner parties, but not for the two of us. I’ve been looking for a cookbook that I can use using my Breville toaster oven. I want to go beyond pizzas and grilled cheese sandwiches. Now I have found the perfect cookbooks. I haven’t found a recipe that doesn’t please my husband or myself. I have also ordered her other book, “Convection Oven Bible.” Both books have been my go-to recipes for everyday cooking. We find her spices are right on and easy to find in the local markets. Leftovers can be easily used in many ways or I freeze them for another day. A great diversity of menu items to put together for a great and pleasing meal.

Love this book. Recipes look appealing and easy.Our kitchen counters are too full to add a toaster oven right now, but maybe down the road.This book makes me really want to buy a toaster oven.

This is the best one I've found so far
I searched for 'toaster oven recipes' and virtually EVERYTHING it gave me had Air Fry in the title. My new oven doesn't have that feature. I didn't want to take a chance on a cookbook that might have mostly 'air fry' recipes. I ordered one cookbook produced by my oven manufacturer. It was for a 'mini' oven but had a recipe requiring 16 eggs serving 10 people. Seriously? Mini-toaster oven - 16 eggs - 10 people - how realistic is that! AND then the "150 Best Toaster Oven Recipes" arrived and I breathed a sign of relief. Recipe after recipe - manageable, reasonable ingredients - virtually no weird stuff. Straight forward - good for a person trying to feed themself or one or two more. This is a good choice. Good value for the money also.

Toaster Oven recipes
I bought this book thinking about all the neat things I would be cooking in my Toaster Oven. I bought this with 2 other books. All 3 books just sit in my Kitchen drawer. Some of the recipes look good but most are just to much to bother with. If you bought your Toaster Oven so you don't have to use your stove oven or knowing that a item baked would be better then microwave. Then save your money and don't buy the books.

Real Food, great recipes
I had ordered another toaster oven book on Amazon. The recipe asked for things I would not normally have in my cupboards. This one is better. More real recipes! Standard measurements on left side, metric on right side of ingredients! That comes in handy. Print is decent size for us, old timers, The book itself is sturdy, soft cover but well constructed, with plastic coating. I would highly suggest buying this book!

Best Toaster Oven Recipe Book!!
After purchasing and returning a number of kindle toaster oven recipe books, I found this one. It had rave reviews and is on the 2nd edition so I purchased it. Its GREAT! I've tried four recipies so far and they all were delicious. So I'll be keeping this one. I'm taking it to a printers and having it spiral bound, adding some extra blank pages for additional recipies in each section. Then it will be the only toaster oven recipe book I'll need!
