The sparkling blue looks like water amount the rocks and fish! My recommendation for best application is to have a wet rag handy! The sparkles get everywhere and you have to wipe them off immediately! I applied a think amount to go in-between my rocks and tiles, then I used a wet rag to wipe off all excess glitter grime the stone and tiles. I did this a few times and then used a dry rag to get off more, sometimes you have to scrape the surface to get off the glitter. Once it dried, it did shrink some so I did apply a second coat to give it a fuller look!
