How do I get this replaced with the 1 year warranty??
This is my third waterer I have bought like this. Unfortunately the only issue I have ever had with this, and why I have bought so many is because the part.that holds the water bottle in keeps breaking. I do know that this product has a 1 year warranty and since I just bought this one in May 2025 I was wondering how I go about getting that warranty?

So much better than the others we have tried!
This item is so much better than the other water systems we have tried for our bunnies and guineas. They are such messy little creatures and typically they nudge their water and get it all over the place. With this, they have the reservoir at the bottom to catch the drips from when they manhandle the bottle ;). They are also more careful as they will drink from the edge of the "bowl" instead of fight to get to the water bottle directly. Love love it!

Too small
Too short for anything but maybe Chihuahua puppies. Even a full grown Chihuahua would be too tall to comfortably use it

Very stable. Not prone to turning over.
I actually bought this watered/feeder to place in a small chicken house for a broody chicken to hatch chicks. We wanted to separate the hen on the nest and the eggs to a smaller enclosure where the rest of the flock wouldn’t bother the hen and the chicks when they hatch. My main concern was the possibility of turning the whole unit over and spilling everything leaving the chicken/chicks without water and getting the shavings wet. The unit is very stable and is small enough to fit perfectly inside the small coop.

Glad that the bottle on a stand was available
I had a difficult time adjusting the dispenser. Either it was dripping (I was grateful for the bowl that is attached) or it was too tight and my dog had a difficult time getting a drink.

Do not buy
The worst! It started out occasionally leaking and now a week or more later all the water leaks out into the bowl.
