Light weight and probably will not stand the test of time. I returned it since there was no way it would work with the existing base plate. I was responsible for original shipping charges along with return charges in the amount of $140. Not happy to spend that much money and have nothing to show for it. They also sent me the wrong base plate and that is what started off the whole mess.
