Wireless Headset

I shopped around for a while before deciding on this one to replace a similar Samsung. I use the headset with a Google Pixel 3a and it works perfectly. I use it for watching TV/Movies on my phone and phone calls obviously. Audio is perfect for what I need. Call clarity is good and mic reduces background noise fairly well. Range is good when I step away from my phone. My Samsung version slipped off my neck easily but this stays put even when riding horses. I was concerned about the strength of the retractable wires but has done well for the first few months on the ranch.

Can't go wrong with LG tone. Pairs easily, great sound, very good range. Whenever turned on, you get a notification about the battery charging status (low/medium/high) which is really useful. I was expecting the battery to last a bit longer, as the specs say up to 14 hours. I think I charge mine after about 8-10 hours of cumulative playing

I upgraded from the HBS-910 to this HBS-930. The sound, range and battery life are great. I really like the pull to retract, more than the button to retract of the 910. My one complaint is about the length of the earbud cable. It’s not long enough. The cable often gets pulled tight and rubs against the headset near where the cable comes out. Connected directly to your ear the rubbing vibrations travel directly into your ear. It’s really annoying. I think this is partially caused by the headset being longer than the previous, but not increasing the length of cable, and also by trying to hid the hole the cable comes out of. The 930 is still excellent. I haven’t found anything better. I wear mine around 14 hours per day.

I have had at least a half dozen LG Headsets of this configuration. I have also had 2 others that were 'less expensive'. As with most things, you get what you pay for. The more expensive units are better in every way. I am a professional chauffeur and I live and die by my headset. I use it for turn by turn navigation on google maps and I use it for earplugs when my passengers are playing their music too loud. As a phone and headset, it is fine. This model has a little lower top volume, which I don't really like because I like hard rock music but its not terrible. The microphone is fine so far, though with other units, I've had a few complaints from the other party not hearing me but its hard to say if it is the headset or something else in the cell phone network causing the problems. Typical. The control buttons to back up or go forward work with important apps like spotify and audible but not always giving full feature function. As for other, less expensive models, I recently bought one from beartwo and it was ok but not great. Since I use mine professionally, I retired the cheap one for an emergency backup and made a new purchase of this unit. I bought it from Amazon because when I've bought numerous ones from Verizon directly, they only give a 2 week warranty and then the 1 year warranty is directed to LG so why give Verizon the business?

The WORST headphones I ever spent money on. The cords aren't long enough so I'm always checking to see if I can pull more out. They refuse to retract all the way most of the time. Since the cords made of a stiff material you hear every bit rubbing on the cords. Very annoying and distracting. Likes others have said, mine have separated at back of the neck as well. The sound quality is nothing amazing. These are ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. Terrible design flaws.

I had the HSB-900 for years. They were excellent!! Battery life was great, call quality was good, sound quality was amazing! I used to lay in my bed and just become immersed in my music. The fit was perfect on my neck. They were built tough as well. This model is built significantly less strong. The max volume is less. Almost not enough. The tug to retract is not better. The wires are very thin! The right bud has gone dead already. The shape puts pressure on my clavicle causing me uncomfort. Over all I'm really unhappy that LG downgraded with this model. I feel cheated out of my money.

I bought these for my boyfriend who works with his hands so being able to talk and not have to hold his phone is great. The speaker is very sensitive haha it even picks up his necklace rubbing the side of the headphones so that is the only down side. Hearing metal scraping the speaker sucks but overall he loves them!

The sound quality of this unit is very good. I love music and enjoy listening on this set. It charges quickly and maintains a charge for several hours. I have not had any problems with the wires that retract into the unit connected to the earplugs after many months.

Wonderful and durable

When they are connected they sound great. The problem is they just don't stay connected. I bought these to connect to PC for conference calls, if they stayed connected for more than 10 minutes I would be amazed.
