excellent read to understand ericksonian hypnotherapy. probably one of the easiest reads on the subject. very down to earth and not too intellectual, which i find many of these psychotherapy/hypnotherapy books can be. it's written as a recording from a weekend seminar so very easy to follow. highly recommended.
