Very disappointed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Detailed review. Would buy again. *by P***G on February 4, 2020* Great design. Love that the wringer is balanced between two buckets, essentially eliminating the chance of the unit tipping over - which is a common problem of systems that have the wringer positioned on the back end of buckets. Also, even if only one bucket has water in it, the unit cannot tip backwards like other systems do. The handle that is used for moving the unit swings easily to either end for optimum mobility. The unit maintains stability whether pushing it forward or backward. The wringer appears to be well made. Each bucket has measurement lines that indicate 5, 10, 15, and 20 liters - leaving room for about 5 more liters of space above the top line to prevent spillage when moving the unit. When the wringer is placed into the buckets, the mechanism allows plenty of room to dip the mop into to bucket for rinsing. The buckets seem plenty strong. The only concern I have is with the plastic tubes under each corner that the wheels stick into (see photo). The tubes have some plastic bracing. I think they should have provided more bracing to more adequately prevent the possibility of cracking. However, the wheel structure does appear to be strong enough when you consider the load is being shared by four wheels. Thus, I believe there could only be breakage to the plastic structure if the unit falls onto a hard floor, or is pushed down a stair case or step. To help prevent such breakage, I think filling the gaps around the tubes with a hard epoxy would be sufficient. If I ever experience a break in the structure, I will update this review. ### ⭐ Arrived broken two times *by J***E on May 11, 2020* Had to return one busted bucket only to get the next one that was also busted.
