They were very pleasant to talk with and genuinely seem concerned that something was wrong and we’re more than willing to help resolve the issue if possible. It’s not common these days to have a company reach out directly about an issue with it with their product and try to resolve it so as of today I did edit my star rating from 2 to 4. The company offered to send another case at no charge so hopefully that just means the first one I received was defective. I will add another update when I get the new case. It’s nice to see a company that cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are completely satisfied with what they’ve receivedSeems like it would be a good case, it’s heavy duty and protects what’s needed, but the designs has a serious flaw, the opening for the power button is off, Causing the case to constantly press it. The 360 rotating feature sold it for me and to top it off, the stand works both horizontally and vertically. Bonus! I was very surprised at how snug the whole assembly is - I read another review who mentioned they couldn't figure out how to open it up at first, because it was such a tight fit. That is quite true! If I hadn't read that review, I would have been stumped too, but I was prepared.I can't speak to the hand strap or the stand, because I don't need those features, but the shoulder strap is exactly what I needed and it works perfectly.Part of me wishes the case had a flap to "close" the iPad, but I understand the case would have to be redesigned to mount the straps at the corners of the case, because with them mounted on the back, it isn't very practical to have a flap folded behind.
