Lasts for months and tastes great with none of the nasty ingredients of supermarket brands.. can be as spicy or as mild as you make it.. we usually put 1 tea spoon in for 4 people and it’s perfect! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ absolutely wonderful *by S***D on 2 September 2023* I ordered this as I had discovered through my son,Thai yellow curry from a local takeaway which was delicious, however I didn't want to buy lots of takeaways as I wanted to know what was in them. My son pointed out there is a high salt content but when broken down into portion sizes it probably works out to be around half a teaspoon per portion, probably still a bit high but as a treat every few weeks it should be fine. I made up the sauce but I got my proportions wrong, so I opened up another can of coconut milk and then bit by bit added the previous sauce I had made along with some sugar, it has turned out amazing, lovely flavours and a perfect heat to it. I definitely recommend it but add a little paste at a time until you find your own perfect sauce, and don't rush into putting loads of paste in like I did.
