BOGShooting Stick

Works well as a portable shooting platform.

Bought this for my "Bog Pod" mainly for help in sighting in my smaller caliber rifles and shotgun I use for turkey hunting. It is a very sturdy rest and works nearly as well as shooting from a bench. I think it would be a bit cumbersome for actually taking hunting due to it's size but would work great from a blind or a tree stand once there. I am happy with the product and would suggest it to others.

This lil gem helped my 10 yr old son harvest his first ever Deer. Well worth taking along with you. Very light and easy to use.

I bought this for my grandson and he could not wait to use it. After using it several times he found it easy to use and helped his hunting game. Well worth the money and easy to use after using it several times.

I bought the shooting rest at the same time that I bought the Bob Gear Adopt -a - Pod. Both of these products work well together. This rest is stable and will not marr or scratch your rifle. I use this rest shoot my Gamo 1400 Big Cat Break Barrel Air Rifle. The rest allows me to shoot tighter groups more consistent. I would buy again and I recommend this product.

This rest is good for lighter rifles but not for the heavy ones over about 8 pounds. The Bog Gear system is great and I use it all the time while hunting ground hogs but this rest is a little light weight, more for a Deer gun.

It's not a "perfect" system as far as holding your gun hands free. Swings good left and right but not for elevation. I prefer using the gun mounted stud that connects directly to the fund sling stud. That is a better way to go in my opinion.

I found this product to be excellent at stabilizing my rifle when using the Bog Shooting Tripod, especially target shooting when you have time to fasten the rifle into the rest. Really stabilizes your rifle for more accurate shooting. I use it now in place of shooting rests/bags when target shooting. Also is handy item to carry hunting for a convenient rest. Would definitely recommend this item.

I'm sorry but I'm not happy I was getting ready to for hunting, when tightening the bolt broke, I've never had a chance to use this product and the time I need it, it broke. Can you please help me out asap.

It is a good rest and fits well but the connecting pin to tripod should be more to middle instead of end thus creating better balance, as it tends to be wobbly when rifle or crossbow is on rest.

Its not bad. Holds the gun pretty steady but could definitly be better. It swings side to side but not up or down. You have to adjust legs on tripod. Which is annoying. I would say only buy if on sale
