Do the too and bottom pullies swivel on the new version?

Yes the do swivel top and bottom.

Are the weight stack pin a standard size if i wished to buy weight post add on's, so that i could add smaller weight increments than 6kg?

Not 100% on your question but you could easily add smaller weights because the centre pin just unscrews. As long as the weights are 30mm round holes through the middle I carnt see it being a problem
