I would rather use these scissors now than a knife for cutting most meats for stews etc as they are much easier to use and they are stainless steel a very good quality stainless steel spring loaded and easy to clean. Although it is heavy duty stainless steel they are not uncomfortably heavy to use. I am very happy with my purchases and would recommend them to anyone wanting an addition of good quality kitchen scissors I am keen to try their other products as this is such a good one.
