But I couldnt be more happy with my purchase. It is so well organized, the first few pages show me the months at a glance with tiny spots for each day to write notes in. Then each week has a two page spread with inspiring quotes for each week. The back has blank lined pages for notes. I bought this planner for my job, as an Assiatant Manager/Operations Specialist at a bank. I need to have my tasks planned out with reminders and weekly goals, I also need to schedule 7 people for random audits, quizzes, and general reviews, every month along with operational safety controls for the branch, security meetings, and repairs/maintenance. This planner has room for all of it and more! I love the pages in the front with month at a glance as I can quickly look each month to see what I have planned so far. I set out time in my day every Friday to fill the coming week and set my general game plan for what I will get done each day and then look at it every morning.I love the way this planner looks, it's not boring with just a plain cover which is great and theres room for everything I need!
