This is the 3rd time I've ordered this brand of almond flour. We use it for our keto breads, breading/coatings, pizza crust, and are just starting to experiment with using it for making desserts.The flavor is great and the texture is soft and fluffy, perfect for cooking and baking! Try mixing about 1/3 cup almond flour with a cup of any flavor crushed pork rinds (try the hot and spicy....yum) and your favorite spices. Dip raw chicken pieces, chicken breast, or chicken strips in egg, then coat in almond flour/pork rind mixture and either pan fry or bake until done. So good!

The flour smelled great and was definitely fresh. A tad less fine than the best-seller on Amazon, but this didn't pose a problem in baking. Two problems were: (1) I found bits of skin in the mix, which I had to weed out while the flour was measured for recipes. (2) The bag would not reseal, and three people tried to get it closed. Ordered 5/27/18; Expiration date 03/13/19. I would buy this flour again.
