My biggest regret about this product is that I threw away the box before i had a chance to really try it out, it was a Christmas gift for my 8 year old daughter. I have a Master's degree in Computer Science, and I struggled with the functionality. The keys are small, there are no actual letter keys but rather number keys with three letters assigned to each key. This product should receive an award for futility in engineering and design. This product behaves like a high school science project. I would love to meet the eight year old who could figure it out. Also don't be fooled by the large amount of '5-star' reviews I have seen all over the internet for this device, clearly the only effort this company put into this product was planting fake rave reviews for it.

Idea is great, but this toy is very not user-friendly to set up! I would not recommend this product. Our daughter was so excited to start using it, and it's just not setting up properly.

    Too hard for children to use!

This is a product that is supposed to make "texting" fun and easy for children.  My 6 and 7 year old have been unable to figure it out; My husband and I have had a difficult time figuring it out!  The buttons are not letters, but numbers with three letters for each number.  Sending a message is way to complicated.  They can't just press send, they have to press two different buttons to send a message, and the receiver can't just receive it, they have to make sure that the receiving messenger is set to receive.
