This device is exactly what i was looking for as it automatically changes between inputs based on whichever input is actively displaying a picture to output. I like that it has a good extension off the output hdmi cable because the tv i have it connected to is on a flat wall mount and it's always a pain trying to reach up behind it to try and get an hdmi cable plugged into the back of it. With this device, the extension hangs down far enough where i can easily plug in hdmi devices without having to jam my hand between the wall and the tv. It's also convenient that if you have a device that provides power through hdmi, you don't need to have a dedicated power supply for this switch. I would recommend this switch as it does exactly what it advertises that it can do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works especially well for connecting hdmi corded game consoles *by G***6 on Reviewed in the United States on January 26, 2019* I purchased this because my eight year old is constantly unhooking cables to connect his gaming consoles on our living room tv.
