Works great
Works great right out of the box. One day I'll get around to setting up the extra features, but for now I'm happy.

Works for far less money
I have a small business and needed a phone system with 8 phones. This system works adequately. There is no way I or my staff could have set this up on our own, however. I hired a phone/technical specialist to install and program the system (and I recommend that you do the same). Two of my 8 phones had faulty handsets and had to be returned. This system saved me at least $500-1000 off of a similar sized systems, and with the reasonable function, was a decent purchase. It would be nice to have a video tutorial on how to properly work the phone system prior to buying it.
