How do I find replacement rubber block that is part of model 55-1900?

Mine was stolen. I ended up welding one up my self. Insted of the normal rubber pabs I used 100% silicon. Apply thick, you can trim to fit with a razor blade.

Will this work on a 40 hp without power trim and tiller steering?

The lower unit on an 40 hp motor will likely be substantially wider than my 20 horse motor's lower unit, and it barely fits into the hard-rubber-lined ''holding" end. That said, the transom saver works very well for me. You might be able to think of a way to modify the holder. I'm a pleased customer wishing you well, too. Take care.

I see many transom savers with the adjustable feature on the motor end of the saver but I need to adjust the saver on the trailer end. My trailer beam is tall. Does this one do that?

Sorry, I don't know what you mean by "trailer beam is tall". This Saver is in multiple sections that are bolted together thereby giving it an adjustable length and height of the crooked end to the motor.

Should not have to ask such a basic question but what is the range of adjustment? This info should be included in the basic product description.
