Good for cholesterol & tastes good
Benecol spread tastes pretty good and it spreads great on toast. BUT $30 for 1 small tub is way overpriced. I did more research. I found this product at the local grocery store for $5.99 per tub. Identical name & ingredients that help lower cholesterol.
