Next, this scanner exports in JPEG or PDF which can be processed with the software you mention. I have Fujitsu Twain compliant software in my FI7160 and the truth is for book scanning the SV600 software is better than any open source software I've used. Please tell me what software you are thinking about. I've used Czur Twain compliant software as well as BookSorber, both of which are far worse. **Q: Can i use ocr with this scan?** A: Yes you can and it's easy to run OCR. **Q: Is this scanner compatible with Windows 10? Is there a warranty included with the scanner?** A: It works great with Windows 10. We’ve been using this to scan for several months and have scanned several large books completely with no issues. The is the 3rd Fujitsu scanner I’ve purchased. Great experience and never had to think about the warranty. These scanners just work. **Q: Will it crop an image that is larger than the scan area?
