Great customer service and awesome scaffolding for painting my house. A little wobbly at 18’ high, but didn’t feel unsafe or in danger of tipping.

Easy to assemble and ingeniously designed. Very sturdy. However, do not let it get wet or the wooden platforms start to delaminate. I used mine outside and it began raining while I was using it and I couldn’t disassemble it right away. When I came back to it, a few hours later, the laminate wood had begun to come apart and delaminate. I’ve only owned it for three days. I moved it back indoors and will try to repair it with wood glue. You would think that with a super great quality product like this they would’ve used treated plywood that would be resistant to moisture, or even better, plastic or PVC type platforms that would be impervious to Weather. Otherwise a very good product. You can also use it as a shelving unit when you are storing it in the garage.

It did fit my other scaffolding, but the metal on the tubes is too thin and bends easily. In a commercial environment it would not last long.

I was able to prep and stain the front of house, which would not have been possible otherwise. My house, at the peak, is ~26'-28' high. With this scaffolding (18') I was able to tackle most of the work safely. I did need to get some additional tools to tackle the very high part of the front of the peak and underside, such as a pole mount paint brush holder, and a caulk gun that was on an extension arm. Aside from that, this got me to the height I needed to be safely. I will say, assembly is not for the faint of heart, as when you get onto the 2nd platform it does sway a bit and putting that 3rd platform floor up was definitely scary for me. After using it for a week I felt confident and lost some of my fears of heights. It will wobble a bit when you're up there, but that's to be expected for something where each level of tubular steel is being fit without fasteners - fitted inside of one another (platform floors all go in with double pins and high powered spring clips). I'm not sure if this could be made any more stable, but I will say, this will not tip over on you if you're working on a fairly level surface. The buttresses definitely will help with to prevent any risk of that. Overall, very happy with the purchase. It served me well, and will use it for other interior and exterior projects in the future. I saw some other reviewers complaining about the material of the platform floors, so I invested in some cheap 4'x7' tarps from harbor freight, which worked out well to protect each platform. You'll see in my pictures, I also got some cheap tie down straps to add a little extra security to the 1st and 2nd platforms (I wasn't going to move the rails onto every level I was working on every time, but you can if you want to). This helped out quite a bit in at least providing a security blanket for myself, because I'm not super comfortable working at heights. If I could have gotten one more level on this tower I would have been able to reach everything without the need for any poles/height tools, but I also think there's potential safety concerns going any higher than 18'.

Product arrived with cardboard boxes somewhat beat up, but product was undamaged. Very easy to assemble.

Easily assembled and not very heavy, bought footings to bolt it to the cement ground and it seems to do exactly what it is advertised.
