Now my husband and I both use it. I use it twice a day for 16 minutes at a time. I feel more energized in the morning than I have for years, and it has made a big difference. I have had A Fib for some time, but hardly ever anymore. My husband is 80 years old and he only sleeps a few hours a night, but when he is tired in the afternoon, he goes and does his workout on the exerciser and is able to take a nice long rest, which he needs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works *by J***B on August 15, 2014* This thing works pretty well. It really does stimulate the blood flow to your feet. I haven't felt any adjustment to my back, or hips, or anything, like they say it does, but my feet and legs feel good after I use it.
