Given the current pandemic it’s disheartening to leave a negative review but this one is well deserved Pros: Size and look Cons: Accuracy - below average as it doesn’t work Ease of use - below average as it doesn’t work Battery life - below average as it can never locate the device so it drains in no time Comes with basic setup info making. Look super easy to use, follow the instructions and realise it’s not working. So I contact the WhatsApp support and they send me multiple videos to watch. Still not working. Message the helpline again only to be told the SIM card hasn’t been activated. So you get an order, then why wouldn’t you activate the sim before shipping? Why would you agitate the customer who has to reach out to you multiple times before telling them that the sim hasn’t been activated? Day 2 - sim gets activated and works for maybe 2 hours, message the support again and everything is technical and out of their hands so you have to wait Day 3 - message support again, only to be advised that the sim probably doesn’t work so they suggest you install your own. Day 4 - I’m returning it because... What kind of company manufactures a gps device, which comes with a pre installed sim that doesn’t work, why can’t they fix the foundation of what they are built on? I’m in mew delhi and if their sim can’t work here then one can only imagine what would happen elsewhere. So it’s a below average product that should not be sold. There is only a WhatsApp support, no 24-7 support, so had my child with a not working gps have gone missing then don’t expect a timely response, probably end up loosing the child to this device and it’s false sense of safety and security The app has multiple functions that don’t work as I’ve asked them about all that’s on the app and never got a response or a detailed manual on what all is there So after 2 weeks of researching I realised that most of the companies that entered this line have closed shop over the years. This was the last hope, the below average copy of a fine usa product that doesn’t do justice. My take, wait a few years and hopefully the usa patented company will start to ship to India. Currently they are sending a replacement and I’ll update if anything changes if not then this is how it ends...

Product is a beauty and has quality and durable finishing . Blue color is cool . It has unlimited data in inbuilt pre activated SIM. SIM number not provided but the SIM is of Vodafone also no SIM number needed as you don't have to recharge data plan yoirself . Everything taken care by trakbond . Real time tracking is good . Battery life is good . Excellent product for monitoring my child . Mobile app has Goole hybrid map tracking also . Geofencing can be done . You have to register first then install app then everything done . You just have to be careful about spelling while registering and downloading the app . While I wrote trakbond app in play store it shows no app as auto correct made it trackbond . It's the 'c' which automatically comes and I did not notice and so I had a tough time . Customer care is very supportive. Overall value for money .

Very useful product. Worth. I am having this product from more than a year. installed trakbond in my kid's bicycle. Now i absolutely tension free on his travel. I really recommend this to every parent.

Hello, I am providing my first hand experience of the product for using it for 3 months. The oroduct is nice and works properly and shows location almost in real time. It serves the basic purpose of tracking. It is also very good looking, small and can be easily carried anywhere. However, there is an improvement point. The battery dies with in 4.5 to 5 hours. So any tracking after that hour is not possible through this device. If the battery can support until 10 to 12 hours, then it would be very useful for tracking kids, person with needs, pets etc.

I use the product for my Child. It is very good and it has a live tracking feature which allows us to track it very easily. It is compact and has been provided with a hook and thread which gives access to hang it easily. All I can say is it is Value for Money, Easy to use and best live tracking. Also the app is very user friendly so no demo is needed. The after sales support is also very quick and they help you everytime when you need help. The device comes with preinstalled sim so there is no need to insert sim.

Worst product. Worst engineering. Worst quality, gps does not work at all. Absolute waste of money. First product connects, but never showed gps location even when tested for two days outdoors in clear sky with powerbank attached. Contaced trakbond and they replaced after 2 weeks. The new tracker was tested ok at their facility and shipped to us. On testing the new tracker also shows same defect. On opening the product, the components and soldering quality were one of the worst I have ever seen. Worst engineering. Worst quality, gps does not work at all. To change sim card you need to open it and need a tiny thin star screwdriver. The product has no ip rating and the electronics will be destroyed by sweat or little bit of water. The antenna is a flex pcb folded and stuffed inside. The lanyard is the only good quality thing in it apart from the packaging. Overall I wasted 5k and spent time on testing and return handling.

I am writing this after 1year of usage. That the product is just fine. Although many issues I faced like network issues which were solved by sim replacements. Battery issues were frequent for which I had sent it multiple times to service team. But after 2 to 3 battery replacements in span of 7-8 months finally the product works fine. Still the issue I face is at times the tracker gps gets slow for live tracking. But still it functions fine and solves our problem of tracking. Now I don't face as such battery and network issue, which were there earlier. Also the tracking system is getting better with updates.
