Feels like a new truck!
If I could give this thing more than 5 stars I would! For those of you who are skeptical and/or debating on getting it, just do it! You won't regret it! I have a 2017 Ram 1500 4x4 with about 107k miles and after installing the Pulsar, my truck felt like it came to life! Now, it isn't like adding forced induction (turbo or supercharger) so it's not a huge boost in speed or acceleration, but it is noticeable. The main reason I got it was to get rid of the MDS (eco mode/cutting off 4 cylinders), and throttle lag. Now, when I press the gas pedal, my truck wants to MOVE! No more hesitation with the throttle. It's super easy to replace, took me about 20 mins mainly because one of my ECM connectors was being a PITA, but even still, it really was a breeze. To use it, with the truck running, use the gear change buttons to select between settings from 1 to 8. The even numbers 4,6, and 8 are the ones that disable MDS. 6 is awesome for towing, and 8 is wide open! I generally stay on 8 because I didn't buy a Ram for gas mileage. Anyway, just do it. Stop waiting. It's worth every penny!

Not what I expected
I have to say, I am a little disappointed by this one. I will start with the good: - Easy installation and came with everything needed to install - Plug and play - The performance modes show up on my center display which is kind of cool. Now for the bad: - Way too expensive for what it does. - My truck drives the exact same as it does with the cheaper pedal commander set on "Sport 2". - Will knock in performance mode without 91 Octane fuel but doesn't feel any quicker. Verdict: I had the pedal commander first which works GREAT! This feels like a fancier pedal commander that is priced a little high for what you get. Not buying the 15-20 Hp gains from the seat of pants dyno. Update: It does feel quicker with 93 Octane. For those of you who are still stock, you will notice a difference.

Fun and better than expected
I was on the fence with this for about a year for my 2018 Ram 1500. It definitely looks better than the pictures online of it. Easy to install. It’s got 8 settings. Stock, economy, towing and performance. The other 4 options are the same only with MDS off. It changes the way the truck drives with the sensitivity of the gas pedal, shift points and performance. I keep it in economy which makes the truck a whole lot more fun when switching from that to performance. It does what it’s supposed to do and I feel it’s worth it especially for those with locked computers from 2015 on.

Greatly improved performance!
Super easy to install. Change modes with a touch of a button on the steering wheel (+/- of the cruise control). 8 ready modes to choose from. Improved gas mileage compared to factory/stock mode. 10/10 recommend Pulsar product for your Hemi.

Great upgrade when installed correctly
I installed the Edge Pulsar in my 2019 Ram 1500 Classic. The installation was pretty straightforward, however, the key is getting the PMU connectors to fully seat. Otherwise the PMU will throw all kinds of error codes. Getting the connectors fully seated was a real pain in the rear, due to the crappy connectors not the Pulsar. Once installed operation was simple. I was able to correct for tire size which returned the transmission shift points to where they should be. It’s also easy to switch between performance levels.

Don't buy a used one
Don't know if it works. Put it in and had more codes on my 2018 hemi than I could count. Cleared codes and reinstalled many times, sent it back for a refund. Did alot of research before getting, used may be the issue. Won't take a chance.

Puts truck into limp mode
Works good until the check engine light and electronic throttle trouble light comes on and puts the truck into limp mode at 35 mph until you fully shut the vehicle off and restart. Also the remote start then doesnt work, shuts the truck off after 10 seconds running. Check engine light will remain on until the battery is disconnected and I've tried everything to trouble shoot and nothing works. Edge products claimed that this product would have constant updates to fix bugs and would be able to adjust to any mods that you add to the vehicle but that never was the case. The only update available is still the original update from 2017 that does absolutely nothing and I wasted another $50 on a cable for that.

This product delivers as promise, power at the touch of a button on the steering wheel. The added horse power and throttle response is amazing. Also goes great with my K&N air intake. Id recommend to anyone looking for an extra 30hp with the good throttle response. Havent tried it for towing purposes yet since at the moment i do not have anything to tow but im sure it wont disappoint

Performance mode really woke my 2018 Big Horn up. Increased power, incredible throttle response. Love having the MDS turned off, always hated that system, used to turn it off manually every time I drove either my 2014 or my 2018. I haven't really checked how well Econo mode works yet, but Tow mode is great too.

J'ai mis 4 étoile pour le prix, pour le rendement ces merveilleux, le camion n'ait plus pareille, plus performant et plus économique selon le setup que tu prend. J'ai un 2018 Ram 1500 5.7L et je vais 12L/100km.

I really feel the difference with level 8 mds off it woke my hemi up pretty good very happy so far

Works as described Good luck getting economy though. With an intake and exhaust, it sounds so nice when you step into it
