We have had trouble getting it to connect to Bluetooth from the laptop and the mobile app seems to be outdated and wont work any more. Problems occurred a few weeks later when a software update was required for my son to be able progress. This was done, but when tried to use it, it would not operate as was programmed, the mbot was again connected to the computer and the message 'update software' appeared again. Despite numerous attempts at trying to overcome this the problem persisted. I sent a message to the online support, where it a took over a week to for them to respond. When they did we followed the instructions which did not resolve the problem.Since then I have sent two other messages to the online support, the last one over a month ago and so far have not received a reply.I purchased mbot as I wanted something more than just a toy for educational purposes and took on board the glowing reviews had read.
