Very beautiful papers! So glad they are available outside Japan in this size!The paper is soft and flexible. I believe it is rice paper or something similar. It has clothlike qualities. The back is white.I will be ordering more!

These chiyogami sheets are stunning! Quality is amazing. I was hesitant to purchase since this was my first time purchasing this type of paper and the price for the amount of sheets seemed pricey (I make notebooks and usually use scrapbook paper/patterned paper) BUT...the price is soooo worth it! So beautiful!

Excellent quality washi paper made and shipped from Japan. I will use it to make washi eggs. Wish this company sold the larger size that I got while in Japan. It was about 26.5" x 39.5"

I'm on a "washi eggs" kick -- I enjoy making them, and I recently moved into a new apartment where my color palette is navy blue and shades of gray. So I searched Amazon's listings to see if I could find washi papers in a variety of patterns that would work with my decor.This is one of the sets I purchased -- this one from Amazon's Japan location. I was amazed that it arrived faster than many of my Amazon US orders (even with Prime!). The papers arrived in perfect shape, and I can get at least 2 eggs from each sheet.This is high-quality washi, too -- beautifully made and printed. Would happily purchase it again if I need it. Highly recommended.
