It also (for chemistry reasons I can't explain) makes your sweet treats a lot less dry! It's a little on the pricier side of cocoa powders, but I would say it's worth it. In other words, I don't know. **Q: How does this cocoa compare to Valrhona cocoa powder?** A: It's the best cocoa I've ever gotten. Crazy good **Q: What is the expiration date please?** A: Best by 6-2-21. **Q: Does it contain soy?** A: The back (one of the images shown, actually, if you look at them) simply says it's cocoa processed in the dutch way with alkalai. It's made in facilities with milk chocolate, but the facility is peanut and gluten free.
