I saw these (very lucky they were the exact size I needed) and they were very easy to put on. When you first put them on, if you make a mistake you can easily remove and re-position to make it right. No issues with them peeling off on their own, and have had them on for about a month or so now. If you needed to tear them off for some reason I'm sure you could. I did make sure to put good pressure on them after getting them on right for a little bit of time (put some heavy books on them) to make sure it adhered well, but extremely happy and will get again when I need more.One note (that doesn't affect me at all but may you) is that I think the size is nominal.
