THIS one is DEFINITELY different! First, it's VERY low profile and doesn't physically obstruct the ear like most models do. It hugs the ear. The sound quality is better than other bluetooth ear pieces on the market. The comfort level is to the point that I forget that it's on my ear. Unlike some other models that I've owned, it doesn't chirp from time to time which can be reassuring, but also annoying. So, unless something completely unexpected occurs with this device, I can unreservedly endorse this product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Semi Happy *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 21, 2019* So I just got this I was expecting it to look like what I saw which it's black but what I ordered looked grey, also I don't see the plastic piece that others have on there's and the phone button isn't white so you can see the phone icon which isn't a big deal but it's not like the item I ordered my daughter says she can here me but still sounds like I'm in a box. The range isn't as far as I would like it but that's not a deal breaker for me I will be using this in my car although I do wear it when I'm talking to family or friends while home and it will free up my hands while cooking. My daughter and husband did say there was less noise when driving so that's a plus.
