Very good quality for price. Easy-to-use and set up. Customers should know these phones sound quality and volume and distance is far superior to the previous phone I owned. Works. Perfectly and very clear operating instructions.

This is an outstanding phone {set} at an outstanding price! The instructions manual is easy to follow (i.e. written in plain English!). Initial set-up is really, really easy. The Bluetooth pairing went very well. Sound quality and volume are both superior to other phones I've used. Footprints for the base unit and the remotes are quite small. Saving the best for last, the range for the handsets is way better than expected!

I thought for years that they should have a product like this... Particularly handy if you're elderly or handicapped, because you no longer have to run to find your cell phone or have to keep it near you all the time when home. I was skeptical that it worked, but it works perfectly and even announces when you have an incoming text and who it's from! I use my old magicJack phone number as my "landline,"and it works well enough, just had to get a less than $10 line filter to reduce the magicJack static that is always existed! Buy this system... You won't regret it. Not sure what they mean by a LOCK system, but I have a feeling it was supposed to be for the BLOCK system (for blocking calls from any receiver)... that works too!!

My aunt's old Panasonic phone system was ancient; buttons would require very hard presses to engage, finish was wearing off, and the hard keys themselves were getting hard to read. Ordered this new set and she is very comfortable using them as the functionality is still the same, but has added new cellphone BT connectivity that she won't understand but I'd find impressive. Might actually prompt me to replace our Panasonic phones at home and try out the cellular connection and drop our landline. Arrived on time.

Good price, but can be difficult transferring names and numbers. Only blocks a limited amount of spam numbers and very confusing to erase those numbers after you reach the max. to many issues and the instruction booklet is only good for hooking it up not trouble shooting problem issues. I've had other Panasonic phones before and I honestly cannot recommend this product.

Having had a bad experience with the top selling Panasonic Cordless Phone because I hadn't read the user manual first, I went through the user manual for this one front to back. Turns out I didn't have to. Set up was literally plug-n-play. Just entered my contacts and recorded a greeting and I was good to go. Considering that I live in an over large house (but by no means a mansion) with many obstructing walls, the sound quality is superior to my old Panasonic phone, no matter how far I move away from the base. I'm very happy with my purchase.

the phone has gotten better over the years. still needs the improve the battery life, an sound quality. the huge phonebook (3000) is a bit much, maybe some of it could be used for other things.
