Review: Worked perfect - Works perfect Review: Excellent product - Let me start off by saying that I am relatively new to plasma cutting and what little experience I had has since been forgotten. I haven't used a plasma cutter in several years until I recently purchased a new Hypertherm Unit. I only made a couple of practice cuts to get a feel for the drag tip and started using the stencils right away. These plasma cutting stencils were exactly what I needed and look forward to finding more uses for them! I think they are well worth the price for the quality of cuts I was able to achieve with them. I mainly bought this set originally for the 1/2" stencil alone but have since found several other uses for the other sizes. These stencils allowed me to finish up my welding table project by cutting 1/2" bolt holes for mounting my vice and by using the outside radius of the largest stencil to round my welding table top corners. If so what diameter?** A: The 30 AIR uses deflector shield #420399 which measures .500" it is in between our current sizes and won't cut accurately. You will need an offset ring that will bump your shield up to .580" size. These will be available on our website first, hopefully in a month. If you get the .580" size now your cuts will be about 1/8" oversized. **Q: The Cutmaster 152 manual says not to use a conductive straight edge. Wouldn't these count?** A: They are conductive, so careful use is required. you have at least 1/8-1/4" clearance between tip and stencil. A bump or hiccup in your hand movement might move your tip into it, causing slight damage. You can always weld them up for a quick repair. **Q: Will these work on the esab pt31xl torches** A: It doesn't look like a drag shield is offered for your torch.
