HEAVEN IN A LITTLE TUB
This is so, so, so good. If you like Tom Kha but don't know how to make it from scratch and can't afford to eat out all the time, this little gem is for you. Take care with it as it's a little salty - so don't add salted meats or veggies to the mix, as the paste will take care of the salt for you. That said, the taste is out of this world. I love to mix this with thicker rice noodles for a yummy noodle soup. Priced right and stores well in the fridge. A+++

Perfect for easy Tom Kha
This is the best tom kha paste I've found. I often make chicken tom kha, so with a can of coconut milk, some chicken, and this paste, I get the authentic taste I was looking for. Sometimes I add onion & zucchini or other veggies. This makes a weeknight dinner much easier.

Great Stuff!
So I used this a few times and went out on a limb to try to Lobo Tom Kha Paste that comes in envelopes. That stuff it completely off base, it doesn't taste bad, but it isn't Thai Tom Kha. The Aroy-D Tom Kha Paste has the exact restaurant style Thai flavoring that I know. This stuff is fire for the weird ingredients that aren't readily accessible. Throw in some fish sauce, fresh lime, ginger, baby bella mushrooms, a couple cans of coconut milk, a container of vegetable broth, couple pounds of chicken, and a can of baby corn into a crockpot and man oh man. Good stuff.

AMAZING!
Wonderful, absolutely delicious soup base. Tastes better than from your local takeout, I use low sodium chicken broth as the base and then add low calorie coconut milk, a cube of frozen ginger and a quarter teaspoon ginger powder, some frozen stir-fry vegetable medley, some frozen chopped onion, cilantro, chopped celery, a finely diced jalapeno, a half teaspoon of fish sauce, and a whole lime that I squeeze and add to the soup to cook, removing the halves after cooking. The first time I added a whole can of chopped clams with their broth and I adored it. Second time I cut up some boneless and skinless chicken thighs. I slightly thickened it at the end with a little corn starch. Absolutely delicious both times!

Love this base
Fantastic product, need very little to create a great depth of flavor. I use coconut milk with a little water, add onion and dried ramen toppings. Plus shrimp that I cook in the soup. Takes less than 10 mins and is delicious, with just a hint of spice. A whole lot cheaper and quicker than take out.

Smaller than it looks but good quality
Smaller than it looks but good quality and very tasty. The best Tom Kha paste Iโve found so far. According to instructions each batch needs 50g. The container has 400g. That means itโs good for 8 batches. Each batch is for about 2 adults (2-3 adults according to instructions).

Tastes Amazing, Painful
This is exactly the flavor I look for in tom kha, mild and just like the restaurants. Also easy to use and keeps for a very long time in the fridge, even after opening (just beware the messy oily bag). My only issue is I end up with a bunch of tough little fibers stuck in my gums like splinters -- it somehow makes my teeth feel sore and my gums feel poked/irritated. It doesn't happen to my husband and, looking at other reviews, it seems I'm the only one with this problem. ๐ฅฒ All that aside, highly recommend.
