You'll have to make 6 to 8 scores. You need to cut about halfway through. Put it on the edge of a table top and snap it. **Q: will this cut .06" thick abs plastic, and can it be used to make curved and/or fine detail cuts?** A: I have used it to score and break acrylic plastic (not abs) that is thicker. I've only used for scoring straight lines. I don't think it can do detailed cuts. **Q: Could this be used to score shapes like curved and a circle in the middle???** A: No. Straight cuts only.., possibly a very, very slight curve. **Q: Can this be used to cut polycarbonate twinwall?** A: I bought to cut plexiglass.
