It's trial and error as to what ones you like or not **Q: Could you use it to make flapjacks or is it too runny?** A: Sorry, I've never made flapjacks with it. As you say, It is much runnier than sugar based golden syrup. As it's very low carb - it rather defeats the purpose to make a very high carb flapjack with it.
