Will this remove makeup?

The Phytoactive is a hydrating facial cleanser to purify and invigorate dry skin in combination with the Hy-Oil. Agrimonia eupatoria, a detoxifying extract exclusive to BABOR, moisturizes the skin, even as you cleanse your skin.
It contains natural herbal essences of mint, beech and rosemary that invigorate and refresh the dry skin. Apple water enriches the outer layer of the skin with moisture.
Massage 4 pumps HY-OIL onto dry skin, add 2 pumps Phytoactive, wet fingers with cold water, massage into skin. Rinse off with plenty of warm water.
