Tamiya 35254 1/35 US Medium Tank M26 Pershing Plastic Model Kit

Less than 200 of the M26 Pershing tanks were available by the end of WWII, but the M26 was used extensively in Korea. An M26 had a crew of five, and two figures (commander and loader) are included. There are decals for four different markings. Likes: It is molded in olive drab, so it doesn't really need to be repainted. One-piece flexible tracks help speed the assembly. A good historical background is included in the instructions, but technical specifications are only basic. Eight ammo boxes and two K-rations boxes are included. The assembly instructions were easy to follow - as is usual for Tamiya. Dislikes: One (or two) driver figures would have been a nice addition.

Another superb Tamiya kit!

As a new model hobbyist, this was a fun kit to build. It took a good ammount of time, and has a good ammount of detail, and nice decal selection. All the parts fit almost perfect, no sanding needed, and the end result looks awesome, especially with the right weathering. The functioning suspension could serve really well for a diorama. Great model, but a bit pricy.

Nice model easy to assemble except for the suspension. Parts there a bit too fragile and easy to break. Loved weathering this one.

This is an older kit, but it is also crisp, with little or no flash. Nice kit of an important subject.

Having experience in the injection-molding industry, I can tell when tooling and equipment are at top shape and produce good quality. No flash, very detailed, looking forward to completing this and moving on the the next. Would recommend Tamiya products for sure!

No dislikes. Purchased kit for personal enjoyment and WW II Allied amor collection in 1/35 scale. Fitment of parts was excellent and decal sheet is comprehensive allowing builder to choose one of up to four different markings. One from the Korean War or one of three versions from the European Theater of World War II.

Assembles as expected this is a great brand have bought many and only purchase this brand

Looks to be another nice kit from Tamiya. Only had vinyl tracks, so I think I will source some aftermarket ones. Apart from this the kit is typically tamiya, with crisp moulding and no flash.
