BAD: skipping rope, gym bag *by S***L on 22 May 2019* Pros- the ab wheel roller and push up bars are super easy to assemble and very good quality, great for doing indoor workouts and I even bring them to the gym. The knee mat is also good although it would be better if it was a bit thicker, but overall it does the job protecting your knees. Cons- The gym bag is pretty poor quality, only been using it a week and it's already ripped.
