This saw dose not come with a guide. But I bought a set of guides and they fit this saw.

Which optional guide is correct for this jig saw?

I like the top handle jig saw. I like the control I have with it.

Can it cut small wood screws?

Yes ,just make sure you use a blade designed to cut metal.

Does it fit to a woman's hand? My own is not small, but not like a man's one.

I probably would wear a med/lg size glove for a man and it's good in my hand...I'd say you would be just fine. The grip on this is very comfortable and "rubbery" so I'd think you're gonna be alright.
