There are no brief instructions...just a pdf with English that is broken and hard to understand. You have to install the software...in order to use it (NO online installation options) with a CD!! How many lap tops have CD/DVD players anymore??There are lots of weird settings ....it is definitely not a set up and use immediately. I have had similar tech tools...this will take way too long to complete any tasks with! Ugh!
