The disc drive made disturbing noises that sounded like it was about to break apart. After several attempts, it would eventually (and slowly) read the disc. Once it did, it would not play all the audio tracks on the game. When trying to start the game, it would stay at the loading screen (left it for 5 minutes and no progress). Also the protective sleeve on the controller cable arrived torn. Did the return process through Amazon and got a second unit to replace the first. Second unit did the same thing. Do not order these units from Amazon. There is clearly no kind of testing to see if these things work properly.
